By purchasing, using, or accepting a Gift Card or eGift Card (individually, a “Card,” and together, “Cards”) issued by Selenterra running by clubITC, LDA (“Selenterra,” “we,” or “our”), you agree to these Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), the Selenterra Terms and Conditions, and Selenterra’s (together, “Agreements”).
Present this Card at the time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to your purchase. Usable up to remaining Card balance to purchase goods or services only at Selenterra stores, Partners (Listed on www.selenterra.com) or at selenterra.com. Card cannot be used for previous purchases, merchandise credits, or the purchase of gift cards or fundraising items, and cannot be used to make a payment towards the balance on a credit card. Not redeemable for cash, except as required by applicable law. Not redeemable at Selenterra.com, or any other Marketplace partnering with Selenterra. Card does not expire and there are no fees associated with use of this Card. Card is not a credit or debit card. Card sales are final and cannot be refunded. Card is void if copied, altered, transferred, purchased, or sold. Protect your Card like Cash; if it is lost, stolen or damaged, Card will not be replaced without proof of purchase. Issuer is not responsible for use of Card without authorization. Selenterra (“Issuer”) is Card issuer and sole obligor to Card owner. Issuer may delegate its obligations to an assignee, without recourse, after which the assignee will be sole obligor to Card owner. You agree that the Issuer is released from all liability in the event of such assignment or transfer. Issuer reserves the right to modify Terms at any time without prior notice. If the laws pertaining to this Card require additional or different terms or conditions, then such terms and conditions shall apply.

1. Gift Card Purchase
You can purchase a Selenterra Gift Card, online at www.Selenterra.com, or from authorized retailers. Selenterra eGift Cards are only sold online at selenterra.com. Selenterra Gift Cards and eGift Cards are available in any denomination up to 1000 euro, and, with the exception of promotional Gift Cards or promotional eGift Cards, have expiration of 12 months.
You cannot use a Selenterra Gift Card or eGift Card to purchase other Cards, and Ulta Beauty Rewards points cannot be redeemed for the purchase of Cards.
Purchasers of Selenterra eGift Cards are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address for the recipient during the purchase and checkout process on Selenterra.com. Refunds will not be made for eGift Card purchases sent to an incorrect, invalid, or undeliverable email address provided by the purchaser.
2. Gift Card Redemption
Selenterra Cards are redeemable for merchandise and services in all Selenterra locations in Europe and at www.selenterra.com. They cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash unless required by law. To redeem a Selenterra Gift Card in-store, simply present your Gift Card at time of purchase. To redeem a Selenterra Gift Card on selenterra.com, enter your Gift Card number and PIN number at the Payment step during the Checkout process. The PIN number can be found on the back of the Gift Card under the black and silver scratch-off coating at the bottom. To redeem a Selenterra eGift Card in-store, you must present the original eGift Card email printed with the eGift Card number and PIN number and present it at time of purchase. To redeem a Selenterra eGift Card on selenterra.com, enter the eGift Card number and PIN number at the Payment step during the Checkout process. A maximum of five gift cards or 1000 euro in gift cards can be redeemed per online order. The value of your order amount plus any sales tax, shipping & handling fees, and any other charges will be automatically deducted from the available balance on the Selenterra’s Cards. If the amount of the order exceeds the available balance on the Cards,the recipient will need to pay for the balance of the order via other acceptable means of tender.
3. Gift Card Balance
To check the balance on your Selenterra Card please use the form on selenterra.com/giftcards, or email: support@selenterra.com.
4. Returns
You may not return or cancel your Selenterra Card after it is received by you or delivered to the intended recipient. Purchasers who wish to cancel an eGift Card purchase prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact Customer Support prior to the delivery date selected during the purchase process.
5. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Selenterra Cards should be treated like cash and safeguarded accordingly. Selenterra is not responsible if the Card is lost or redeemed by an incorrect recipient. If lost, stolen or damaged, Card will not be replaced without proof of purchase. Selenterra is not responsible for Cards used without authorization.
6. Prohibitons
Cards cannot be used for previous purchases, merchandise credits, or the purchase of gift cards or fundraising items, and cannot be used to make a payment towards the balance of other credit cards. Cards are void if copied, altered, transferred, purchased, or resold.
7. Gift Cards Disclaimer, Limitation and Release
When you purchase or use any Card(s), you certify and represent to Selenterra, its affiliates, and related companies (“Selenterra and its Affiliates”) that any activities you engage in related to the Card will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and that the Card will not be used in any manner that is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, unfair, or otherwise harmful to consumers or to Selenterra. You also agree to release Selenterra and its Affiliates and their respective directors, managers and officers (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses or liabilities you have or may have against or incur in connection with your use of the Cards and/or violation of any of these terms and conditions, and to defend and indemnify Selenterra and its Affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the Cards or violation of any of these Terms.
8. No Warranties
SELENTERRA AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE CARDS (WHICH SHALL INCLUDE EGIFT CARDS), INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUALITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT AVAILABLE. ULTA DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT CARDS WILL ALWAYS BE ACCESSIBLE OR ACCEPTED. IF A CARD FAILS TO FUNCTION, OR IF YOU ASSERT ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATING TO A CARD, YOUR SOLE REMEDY AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY WILL BE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF THE LAST BALANCE HELD ON SUCH CARD. SELENTERRA, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR BUSINESS PARTNERS WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO CARDS OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE OR IMPUTED), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE OR OUR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF OR COULD FORESEE SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL ULTA OR ITS AFFILIATES OR BUSINESS PARTNERS HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR ALTERATION, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OF A CARD. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, AND THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE RIGHTS IN ADDITION TO THOSE CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Changes
If the laws pertaining to this Card require additional or different terms or conditions, then such terms and conditions shall apply. Applicable terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, in which case we will post the new Terms on the Selenterra Website and provide by any other means of notice we choose at our discretion. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any change will become effective at the time we post the revised Terms on our Website or otherwise provide notice. Unless we state otherwise, changes will apply to your existing and future Cards and account balances. By purchasing, redeeming, or using any Card after changes are posted on our Website or otherwise made available to you, you are agreeing to such Terms as changed.
10. Other Legal Matters
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and be enforceable. Captions are only for the convenience of the reader and will not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
